Frequently asked questions
Where are your products manufactured?
At present, our products are responsibly manufactured in China using ingredients sourced all over the world. Some of our products are packed here in Australia. We are currently working with a product manufacturer in Australia to see if they can, in the future, manufacture this product here. Currently no manufacturer makes these sheets in Australia but we are working on changing this.
Are your products grey water and septic safe?
You bet, with readily biodegradable ingredients. Always refer to your manufacturer's guides and instructions to ensure you don't exceed your system's capacity and preferred operating conditions.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
We aim to pack and send your order within 48 hours from time of order confirmation. From that point we are in the hands of Australia Post — typically they take around 3–5 days for most metropolitan areas but some regional and rural areas may take a bit longer.
What are the ingredients used in making the sheets?
- Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (50–62%) – main cleaning agent
- Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (25–35%) – surfactant
- Polyvinyl Alcohol (2–7%) – sheet structure
- Glycerin (1–6%) – moisture/softness
- Sodium Citrate (1–5%) – water softener
- Perfume (0–1%)
- Water (1–5%)
Is your packaging biodegradable and FSC certified pulp?
It sure is — all our packaging is suitable for home composting and cardboard recycling.
Can I use the laundry sheets on all types of clothing?
Always best to reference the labels of your clothing as you would before use of any product. As with most suppliers we recommend any delicates, for example silk, be checked on the label and to make sure you dissolve one sheet in the water before adding your garment to ensure it is safe.
Can I use the laundry sheets on wool?
Although it is possible, we suggest that the wooliest of woolies be treated a little different and you seek out a specific "wool blend" product for this.
Are your laundry sheets compatible with all machine types and brands?
Our sheets are formulated with low sud concentration that is effective in all machines including front and top loaders. Don't be fooled by "huge sudz" performing a better wash — this is a bit of an industry gimmick.
